Several years ago, my sister taught me an easy trick to upgrade the taste of boxed mix brownies. They are the perfect treat to bake for a dinner party or enjoy for Mother’s Day! You will be at the top of Mom’s favorites list when you make these brownies. All you need is a brownie mix; I always use the Ghirardelli brand double chocolate, a Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Symphony Bar, and espresso powder as a secret ingredient.
Symphony Brownies

- Add one tsp of espresso powder and mix well.
