Day TWO of helping you be successful in setting your goals for the new year. Consider adding a day planner to your toolkit to focus on your new year goals.
I adore the planners from Emily Ley @Simplified. The planners and other tools are so pretty and easy to use. She has a great sale going on right now.
🩷 Writing down tasks in a planner activates different areas of the brain, enhancing memory retention compared to just mentally remembering them.
✨️ By visually seeing upcoming commitments and managing time effectively, using a planner can alleviate stress related to feeling overwhelmed or forgetting important tasks.
🌸 Use it to write all the things you want to accomplish. The tasks don`t have to be done all in one day, but at least they get out of your head.
🍒 Looking back at all you`ve accomplished in the weeks, months, and year will give you a fullfilled sense of accomplishment.
🎉 And be sure to write a note of encouragement and congratulations on the very last page to acknowledge you finishing the year!
