Adopting Hazel. She’s a blessing. Such a sweet, loving, smart dog. She loves our family and we love her!
Gauchos — still NOT a good idea.
Asparagus jello — never will be a good idea. Sister Bee and I made this when I was 11, I think, and we vowed we would never utter the words lime jello and asparagus soup in the same breath. In case you want to make this hideous, all things green, congealed, mayonnaise “molded” salad, here it is and God speed because I won’t be your friend anymore…
And lastly, something I didn’t think was such a great idea at the time…Mother making me stay out of the sun. She covered me in sunscreen (Pre-Sun to be exact which burned upon contact so I am not sure how friendly it was to my skin). I think I went through childhood without a single sunburn. Thank you Mother!
