Happy November 1st!  We are entering my favorite time of the year when the focus is on food, family, and merry-making. I love to journal, especially around Thanksgiving. However, I realize not everyone has the time or energy to dive into an in-depth journaling practice. Expressing gratitude is associated with a host of mental and physical benefits. Studies have shown that feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood, and immunity. Gratitude can decrease depression, anxiety, difficulties with chronic pain, and risk of disease.

So, I have created a special gift for you –  a 28-Day Gratitude Journal. Click the link below to download your free, two-page journal copy. Page one is the journaling prompts. Page two gives you space to record it. Feel free to make as many copies as you like and share them with your friends.  I will also share in my Instagram stories a daily prompt to keep you on track, and you can see what my responses are.
