I started adding The Good Stuff to my coffee a few weeks ago and I don`t want to go back. It has hydrolyzed collagen to help support my joints, and it tastes like a warm cinnamon hug in my mug.
I host, I set tables, I carry trays up and down the stairs. To keep showing up for the people I love, I have to take care of myself first. This little habit stuck.

Some of the best hospitality happens when there’s no big menu, no elaborate table, and no pressure to impress.
Invite someone over for coffee.
Sit on the porch with a neighbor.
Open a bottle of wine and put out a bowl of something salty.
Ask a friend to come help you bake.
Make room at your table—or simply pull up another chair.
Hospitality isn’t about how much you do.
