Spice Up Your Pumpkin Collection

Are you tired of the same old orange pumpkin? (It’s okay to admit it!) Plain orange is the classic, but you know me, I love to spruce up the original version. I’m loving the trend of fun and funky pumpkins – finding ways to add fall decor and a bit of self expression throughout my home. I’ve been on the hunt for some of the cutest and most creative pumpkins this season, and I’m going to let you in on my secrets. Keep reading to find out…

I’ll start off easy by sharing my favorite black and white pumpkins. I’m obsessed with this Buffalo Check Pumpkin from Grandin Road. Check out these Black and White Striped Ceramic Pumpkins from Etsy. Another cute Etsy find: Cream Sweater Pumpkins. Here’s a pro tip: order these Plain White Pumpkins from Amazon and decorate them yourself! You could use paint, glitter or bows to customize them (Check out this article for inspo). Lastly, if you’re looking to splurge or start a collection, I suggest anything Mackenzie Childs. This Courtly Harlequin Pumpkin makes a statement but still looks elegant and festive. It would also make a great gift!

Ready to bump it up a notch? Here are my favorite statement pumpkins. This Cozy Pumpkin Pillow from Pottery Barn is funky and practical at the same time. These Chunky Chenille Yarn Pumpkins are cozy and decorative. I have a few more Etsy finds… Orange and White Striped Pumpkins are an updated classic. Here are some White and Green Leaf Vine Pumpkins (green is trending everywhere). Another Grandin Road find: Large Dot Orange and Black Pumpkin. This Glass Pumpkin Cloche would be beautiful with a mini string of firefly lights placed inside. They are handblown and each cloche is slightly unique. Lastly, I’m loving this Gold Glitter Pumpkin from Amazon. How fabulous!

Here are my favorite finds in this category. Pink Velvet and Cheetah Print Pumpkins! I found them both on Etsy. The pink/cheetah pumpkins may seem daunting, but you’d be surprised how easy it is to decorate with these. Here’s how I styled them:
