It’s still warm here in Texas, but the temperatures have lowered closer to 90 than 110. I wore one of my favorite new Amazon finds on a cooler, rainy day last week – a turtleneck drawstring waist pullover. I love everything about this top, especially the drawstring waist, which elevates it to a little more dressy than a frumpy sweatshirt look. The fabrication is a lightweight rayon and polyester blend, unlike a heavy sweatshirt material, so it’s silky like a scuba blend top you might find at Lulu Lemon, but for less than $36. Amazon offers the tunic in twelve colors. I have the navy, khaki, and green.

My next favorite fall find is this short set. Sets are all the rage for effortless yet put-together athleisure wear. What’s great about a set is getting more bang for your buck. Wear the shorts with a T-shirt and a denim jacket, and wear the top with jeans! Amazon’s half-zip short set with a lightweight sweatsuit fabrication is the same as the drawstring waist tunic I mentioned above in eighteen colors! I have it in navy. I may purchase the dark green and this season’s “it” color, burgundy.

Tennis shoes. If you’re like me and find it challenging to wear cute shoes without end-of-the-day pain, tennis shoes can be your new best friend. My friend Catherine wears Dolce Vita brand tennis shoes from DSW. She recently wore a pair all over England and said she never had foot pain. Tennis shoes can be dressy, too, like the gold pair below. Wear them with a dress, jeans, and skirts.
