Hospitality is in my DNA. I founded Home with a Twist, a daughter’s twist on her mother’s traditions, in memory of my mother to celebrate her life and the gifts she shared with me. Mother loved to celebrate life’s occasions – big and small. She taught me how to prepare fabulous food, entertain guests with style and design a traditional home with a pop of color and a splash of animal print. Share my fondness of blending Mother’s mid-century style with a modern spin.

Welcome back to The Thursday Closet.
Most of us have a linen graveyard: that deep drawer or storage bin where beautiful tablecloths and runners go to die. You fold them, stack them away, and then completely forget what you own.
Instead of burying table linens in dark bins, I installed pull-out trouser racks designed for clothing closets.
They glide right out, keep every piece visible at a glance, and save so much shelf space. When it is time to set the table, your linens lift right off the rods ready to use.
Tell me below: do you have a linen graveyard in your house, or how do you store your table linens right now? 👇

Someone might tell you that silver casserole holders are only for holiday dinners. But if you ask me, the prettiest pieces belong in our daily life.
Set it on the kitchen counter next to the stove, slide your favorite cookbooks right inside, and give that vintage piece a whole new job.
Tell me below: would you try this on your counter, or are you still saving your silver for someday? 👇
Save this for when you`re styling your kitchen! What should we repurpose next?
A little wellness story I love: @forwellness was co-founded by legendary golfer Phil Mickelson and performance coach Dave Phillips after Phil’s own health journey inspired them to create simple, functional products that support everyday wellness. What started with Phil’s coffee routine became The Good Stuff—and eventually, For Wellness.
One scoop changed my coffee and my mornings. ☕
I started adding The Good Stuff to my coffee a few weeks ago and I don`t want to go back. It has hydrolyzed collagen to help support my joints, and it tastes like a warm cinnamon hug in my mug.
I host, I set tables, I carry trays up and down the stairs. To keep showing up for the people I love, I have to take care of myself first. This little habit stuck.
Comment GOOD STUFF and I`ll send you the link to try it.

Some of the best hospitality happens when there’s no big menu, no elaborate table, and no pressure to impress.
Invite someone over for coffee.
Sit on the porch with a neighbor.
Open a bottle of wine and put out a bowl of something salty.
Ask a friend to come help you bake.
Make room at your table—or simply pull up another chair.
Hospitality isn’t about how much you do.
It’s about making someone feel like you’re glad they came.
So if you’ve been waiting for the “right” occasion to have someone over, consider this your sign.
Send the invitation. I promise it doesn’t have to be complicated. ❤️
