Pink Lemonade Pie

- 1 8 oz Package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 6 oz can frozen pink lemonade from concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping
- 1 8-9 inch baked pie crust I make homemade graham cracker crust
Beat softened cream cheese in large bowl with electric hand mixer on medium high speed until fluffy.
Beat in gradually the can of Eagle Brand, lemonade concentrate, and food color (optional) and blend until well mixed.
Fold in whipped topping (do not overly mix)
Pour into prepared crust. Chill for 4 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream and mint.
