Heat potatoes with juice and orange juice in sauce pan and mash thouroughly.
Allow to simmer on medium heat so the juices thicken and reduce
Remove from stove and add in one stick of melted butter, vanilla, sugar, evaporated milk. Mix thourougly.
Add in two beaten eggs.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Make the topping by mixing together the brown sugar, flour, remaining butter, and pecans. Mix into a crumble and sprinkle along the top of the sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
